About the Job
Business Analyst:Key responsibilities:
1. Understand business requirements from internal teams and stakeholders
2. Analyze business processes, data, and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
3. Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights for business decisions
4. Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports and dashboards
5. Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis
6. Support implementation of new features, tools, or process improvements
7. Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
