Key Responsibilities:A. Content and Social Media Execution
1. Post daily content on Instagram and Facebook, including reels, carousels, and static posts.
2. Repurpose existing content for Pinterest and WhatsApp Channel.
3. Write simple, warm captions aligned with the brand tone.
4. Reply to comments and DMs in a timely and respectful manner.
B. WhatsApp Sales and Customer Communication
1. Handle incoming WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
2. Understand customer needs such as occasion, colour preference, and budget.
3. Share 2–3 suitable saree options for each enquiry.
4. Clearly explain delivery timelines, inclusions, and care details.
5. Follow up with customers to support conversions.
C. Community Engagement
1. Participate in closed Facebook communities and similar groups.
2. Add value through styling advice and saree-related knowledge.
3. Engage ethically without spamming or hard selling.
4. Respond via DM to interested members when approached.
D. Coordination with Agencies
1. Share content with editing, SEO, and ads agencies.
2. Track basic performance such as enquiries and top-performing content.
3. Coordinate publishing timelines across platforms.
4. Flag what is working well and what needs improvement.
E. Inventory and Operations Support
1. Maintain a simple inventory tracker using Google Sheets.
2. Update stock availability based on enquiries and confirmed sales.
3. Coordinate dispatch with courier partners.
4. Share tracking details with customers promptly.
F. Photoshoot and Content Production Coordination
1. Coordinate with photographer, videographer, stylist, makeup and hair teams.
2. Ensure shoot brief, shot list, and saree order are followed.
3. Track availability of models, collaborators, and locations.
4. Ensure sarees, blouses, jewellery, accessories, and props are ready.
5. Manage shoot-day checklist including steaming, ironing, backups, and sequencing.
6. Collect, organise, and share raw content with editing and ads agencies.
