About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented branch accountant to join our team at Welmade Locking System. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions and reporting for our branch location.Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare stock using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
2. Oversee inventory management processes, including monitoring stock levels and conducting regular audits.
3. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the branch's financial goals.
5. Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments.
6. Collaborate with the corporate finance team to provide accurate financial data and reports.
7. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline accounting operations.
