About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Preparation and verification of bills: Generate, check, and submit bills based on actual site work for both clients and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project agreements.
2. Quantity estimation and material reconciliation: Estimate quantities and materials required, track usage, and perform reconciliation to ensure efficient material management.
3. Cost control and budget management: Monitor project costs against budgets, identify cost overruns, and propose corrective actions in collaboration with project managers.
4. Rate analysis: Conduct rate analysis for various activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with the project budget.
5. Coordination with project teams: Work closely with architects, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure timely billing and smooth financial transactions throughout project phases.
6. Documentation and reporting: Maintain detailed records of billing documentation, approvals, and invoices, and prepare regular project cost reports for management.
7. Compliance and contract management: Ensure all bills and invoices comply with contractual terms and project specifications.
