About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Inward process:
1. Receive goods from customers, marketing team, sales team, vendors, and internal departments.
2. Verify customer details, product details, and quantity before acceptance.
3. Create and maintain inward entry in system/register.
4. Hand over the product to QC department for quality check and repair assessment.
5. Follow up with QC for approval, repair instructions, and timelines.
6. Coordinate with karigar/vendors to check repair feasibility and time required.
7. Update sales/marketing team without committing timelines until QC confirmation.
8. Maintain inward tray/board status (Red – New, Yellow – Under Review, Green – Approved).
B. Outward process:
1. Receive approved job from QC with clear instructions for outward movement.
2. Prepare outward document (delivery challan/gate pass/shipment slip).
3. Ensure proper labelling, packing, and documentation as per process.
4. Coordinate with logistics team to assign delivery person.
5. Handover goods with gate pass to logistics/outward team.
6. Track goods until delivered to vendor, karigar, branch, or customer.
7. Update system for outward entry and maintain daily records.
C. Documentation & system updates:
1. Maintain accurate inward & outward registers, system entries, challans.
2. Ensure repair instructions, QC remarks, and timelines are documented.
3. Maintain daily pending list and update status board.
4. Ensure bulk upload options (if available) are used to save time.
5. File and store documents neatly for easy retrieval.
D. Coordination:
1. Coordinate between sales, QC, vendors, logistics, accounts, and management.
2. Communicate delays or issues immediately to concerned teams.
3. Support accounts in invoice dispatch, credit notes, and reconciliation-related data.
E. Compliance & discipline:
1. Follow company inward/outward SOP strictly.
2. Ensure zero deviation in documentation and physical stock matching.
3. Maintain clean and organized inward & outward areas.
4. Ensure goods movement happens only with proper approvals and gate pass.
