About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Lead Generation and Business Development
1. Generate and qualify leads through tele-calling, Indiamart inquiries, LinkedIn, referrals, and field visits.
2. Follow up on new business opportunities and schedule meetings with potential industrial clients.
3. Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and convert them into sales.
B. Product Promotion and Technical Clarification
1. Visit industrial areas, plants, and OEMs to understand requirements and present suitable Electrical and Automation solutions.
2. Provide basic technical clarification regarding VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, Drives, Panels, and related products (training provided if needed).
3. Coordinate with the technical team or senior engineers for advanced technical queries.
C. Indiamart and Email Campaign Handling
1. Manage and respond to daily inquiries on Indiamart in a timely and professional manner.
2. Run email marketing campaigns to promote new products, offers, and services.
3. Keep the customer database updated for effective follow-up.
D. Sales Follow-Up and Reporting
1. Prepare and share daily or weekly visit reports, inquiry status, and sales forecasts.
2. Ensure timely follow-up for quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
3. Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
