Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive, based in Gurugram. The Tele Sales Executive will engage with prospective clients over the phone, presenting and promoting real estate solutions aligned with their investment needs and objectives. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, understanding customer requirements, and offering tailored property options. The role also involves maintaining a detailed record of interactions and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer requirements and discuss property options
Experience in lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals
Basic knowledge of real estate markets and emerging economic trends
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under target-driven environments
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage
