1. Support end-to-end recruitment and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
2. Execute onboarding and help new joiners feel welcomed, informed, and equipped.
3. Maintain accurate employee records, trackers, and HR documentation.
4. Coordinate and support learning & development initiatives and follow-ups.
5. Assist in running performance cycles and ensure timely completion of processes.
6. Ideate and implement staff wellbeing, culture, and engagement initiatives.
7. Collect staff feedback and support regular pulse checks.
8. Support payroll with required employee data and documentation.
9. Assist with compliance, audits, and policy updates.
10. Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic admin operations.
