About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Develop a strong understanding of Ummeed’s work and programs to effectively articulate them in donor proposals and reports.
2. Draft compelling donor proposals using storytelling, data, and visual elements (e.g., images, charts, infographics), based on information gathered from stakeholders
3. Prepare meaningful interim and final donor reports, finalizing them post internal reviews.
4. Liaise with internal program teams to gather critical insights, updates, and data related to activities, outputs, outcomes, and impact.
5. Maintain and streamline internal processes such as reporting, tracking proposal progress, and tracking the stage of discussions, to ensure timely submissions and better coordination.
6. Proactively plan and estimate timelines in the writing process, including information gathering, reviewing, etc.
7. Support reflection processes and incorporate learnings from previous reports/proposals into future communication cycles.
8. Coordinate with the fundraising and donor management team to support donor visits, events, and other related activities.
9. Responsible for maintaining the content management structure of proposals, reports, and documents within the existing framework
10. Maintain and update CRM with activities on pipeline management and donor reporting
