About the Job
TIFA Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Tally Faculty who can train students in Accounting, Tally with GST, and practical accounting concepts. The candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of delivering industry-oriented training.Key responsibilities:
1. Deliver classroom and practical training on Tally ERP/Tally Prime
2. Teach Accounting Fundamentals, GST, Income Tax (basic) & Payroll
3. Guide students on real-time accounting entries and practical scenarios
4. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
5. Conduct tests, mock sessions, and doubt-clearing classes
6. Track student performance and provide feedback
7. Support students in placement-related accounting preparation
8. Maintain discipline and a professional classroom environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce/Accounting
2. Tally Certification preferred
3. Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, Accounting & Taxation
4. Minimum 1–2 years of teaching or industry experience
5. Good communication and presentation skills
6. Ability to handle students professionally
7. Preferred Candidate Profile:
8. Experience in training institutes
9. Practical exposure to accounting or a CA firm
10. Passionate about teaching and mentoring students
