About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Order management & fulfillment:
1. Process customer orders efficiently and accurately from placement to dispatch
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
B. Vendor & supply chain coordination:
1. Manage relationships with fabric and material vendors
2. Track vendor performance, deliveries, and lead times
3. Handle purchase orders, price negotiations, and vendor payments
C. Fabric allocation & inventory tracking:
1. Allocate fabric/materials as per order requirements
2. Maintain optimal inventory levels and update stock records in real-time
D. Data management & reporting:
1. Maintain and update records using Google Sheets, Excel, and Tally
2. Generate order summaries, dispatch reports, and vendor status updates
E. Cross-functional collaboration:
1. Work closely with production, design, and logistics teams
2. Communicate proactively to resolve delays or discrepancies
F. Process improvement:
1. Identify bottlenecks in the order processing workflow
2. Recommend and implement operational efficiencies
