About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end coordination of artists for events, shoots, performances, and brand collaborations
2. Act as the primary point of contact between artists, clients, agencies, and internal teams
3. Handle artist scheduling, availability, bookings, and calendars
4. Negotiate contracts, commercials, and terms with clients in coordination with management
5. Ensure artists meet all project requirements, timelines, and professional commitments
6. Coordinate logistics, including travel, accommodation, rehearsals, and event schedules
7. Maintain and update artist profiles, portfolios, and contracts
8. Resolve any issues or conflicts involving artists professionally and promptly
9. Support artist branding, positioning, and career growth strategies
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations
