About the Job
You will be joining a company that is scaling its workforce and operations across multiple departments and projects. The Admin function plays a critical role in ensuring that office facilities, resources, and services run smoothly in alignment with company policies. You can expect a structured, fast-paced work environment where punctuality and attention to detail are essential, and where you will frequently coordinate with HR, Procurement, Accounts, Projects, and external vendors to support seamless operations.Key responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including office upkeep, supplies, and facilities coordination.
2. Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping in line with company systems.
3. Support HR in onboarding logistics for new hires (desk setup, access cards, etc.).
4. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors as needed.
5. Maintain office equipment, liaising with vendors for repairs and servicing.
6. Ensure punctual execution of assigned administrative duties and timely reporting to HR.
7. Support vendor coordination for office supplies, housekeeping, and facility services.
8. Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and workshops.
9. Track and manage petty cash and other small-scale administrative expenses.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies in all admin-related activities.
11. Provide regular status updates and reports to HR, ensuring admin activities remain aligned with organizational policies and culture.
12. Act as the first point of contact for internal staff on administrative issues, resolving or escalating as required.
