Key responsibilities:1. Monitoring and replenishing office supplies (stationery, pantry items, printer cartridges).
2. Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas (meeting rooms, reception, and pantry).
3. Ensuring proper functioning of office equipment (printers, projectors, Wi-Fi).
4. Coordinating with facility management vendors (housekeeping, security, maintenance).
5. Coordinating with IT support vendors for system or device-related issues.
6. Managing pantry service vendors for snacks, beverages, and food supply.
7. Handling courier and logistics vendors for deliveries and dispatches.
8. Following up with repair/maintenance vendors for electrical, plumbing, or furniture fixes.
