Key Responsibilities:1. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
2. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
3. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
4. Schedule meetings, appointments, and office events
5. Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
6. Prepare and distribute documents such as memos, reports, and invoices
7. Support data entry, recordkeeping, and database management
8. Coordinate with other departments as needed for administrative tasks
9. Assist with travel arrangements and reimbursements
10. Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained workspace
