About the Job
As an administration associate at Touchstone Educationals, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our dynamic team. Your proficiency in MS Office, English (written), and MS Excel will be vital in ensuring smooth administrative processes.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day office and academic administrative activities to ensure smooth center operations
2. Maintain and update records, files, and documentation (physical & digital) related to students, classes, and staff
3. Support class management including batch schedules, classroom coordination, and attendance records
4. Collect, compile, and maintain student feedback; prepare feedback reports for academic review
5. Provide administrative support to sales and counseling teams, including inquiry tracking and follow-ups
6. Prepare and share regular MIS reports related to academics, student enrollment, and center performance
7. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed
8. Support HR functions by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment
