About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Banking: Managing banking operations, including fund flows, credit facilities, and submission of export documents to banks.
2. Export documentation: Preparing and coordinating export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin (COO), and bills of lading, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
3. Stock: Monitoring and controlling inventory levels, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with production and stores, and ensuring proper valuation and periodic reconciliation of stock.
