Key Responsibilities:1. Maintain all accounts by handling invoicing, reconciliation and related financial activities
2. Handle internal and external communications independently to ensure smooth information flow
3. Manage office administration work including making quotations and replying to mails independently
4. Design brochures and catalogues and update the website to support marketing requirements
5. Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall work efficiency
6. Prepare and check documents related to statutory compliance to ensure accuracy and adherence
