We are seeking a dynamic Academic Counselor with a strong background in lead generation to join our team at The Indian Institute of Business Management and Studies. As an Academic Counselor, you will play a crucial role in recruiting prospective students and guiding them through our educational programs.Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential students to our institute.
2. Conduct outreach activities, including attending college fairs and hosting informational sessions, to promote our programs.
3. Provide personalized academic counseling to students, guiding them through the application and enrollment process.
4. Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to create engaging content and materials for recruitment efforts.
5. Build strong relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to increase awareness of our institute.
6. Track and analyze data related to lead generation and student enrollment to inform future recruitment strategies.
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in academic counseling and lead generation to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.
