About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Student Counselling: Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding overseas education opportunities, including course and university selection, application procedures, and visa requirements.
2. Application Assistance: Assist students in preparing and submitting applications, including writing personal statements, securing references, and completing necessary documentation.
3. Career Guidance: Offer insights into various career paths based on the student’s academic interests and professional goals, helping them make informed decisions about their education abroad.
4. Information Sessions: Conduct information sessions and webinars for students and their families, addressing concerns and providing detailed explanations about studying abroad.
5. University Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with universities and colleges abroad to stay updated on admission criteria, scholarships, and other relevant information.
6. Process Management: Manage the entire student application process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for students.
7. Visa Assistance: Guide students through the visa application process, including documentation, interview preparation, and follow-ups.
8. Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in overseas education, including changes in visa regulations, admission criteria, and popular study destinations.
9. Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with students to monitor their progress, address concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout their application journey.
10. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a coordinated approach to counseling and client satisfaction.
