About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with the design team to create and develop innovative product concepts using SolidWorks and other design software
2. Utilize 3D Printing and CNC technology to prototype and test new product ideas
3. Lead and participate in design thinking workshops to brainstorm and problem-solve product challenges
4. Manage and lead a team of engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
5. Present and pitch new product ideas to stakeholders and investors through public speaking engagements
6. Use Autodesk Fusion 360 and Catia software to refine and optimize product designs for manufacturing
7. Stay current on industry trends and technologies to continually improve and enhance product development processes
