About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Plan and execute WhatsApp campaigns to promote new launches, discounts, and special offers.
2. Manage and grow WhatsApp broadcast lists and customer groups while ensuring high engagement.
3. Send personalized product recommendations and follow-up messages to drive conversions.
4. Handle customer queries and product-related responses in a timely, professional manner.
5. Implement automated WhatsApp flows for abandoned carts, order confirmations, post-purchase messages, and review collection.
6. Work closely with the sales and design team to create engaging creatives, offers, and content for WhatsApp.
7. Track performance (clicks, conversions, response rates, sales generated) and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
8. Ensure compliance with WhatsApp Business policies while running campaigns.
