About the Internship
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to regularly test our online job portal to ensure smooth functionality, user-friendly design, and error-free performance. The ideal candidate will combine both quality assurance (QA) skills and a keen eye for UI/UX design and user flow.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Test all features of the job portal on a regular basis across devices and browsers.
2. Identify and report bugs, glitches, and broken links.
3. Review the UI/UX of the portal and give actionable suggestions to improve user experience.
4. Ensure that user flows (job search, application, employer posting, etc.) work seamlessly.
5. Monitor loading times and overall performance of pages.
6. Suggest UI refinements based on best practices and usability principles.
7. Collaborate with developers and designers to get issues resolved.
8. Prepare simple reports or logs of issues and test cycles.
