About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Edit short-form videos (reels, shorts, LinkedIn videos) with clean cuts, strong pacing, and zero clutter
2. Turn raw talking-head footage into scroll-stopping content (hooks matter more than fancy effects)
3. Add subtitles, basic motion text, and simple animations only when they improve clarity
4. Maintain brand consistency (fonts, colors, spacing, tone) across all videos
5. Select and sync background music and sound effects without overpowering the message
6. Cut long recordings into multiple high-retention short clips
7. Follow clear briefs, but also suggest improvements instead of blindly editing
8. Deliver edits on time and iterate fast based on feedback
9. Organize project files properly (no messy timelines, no missing assets)
