About the Internship
As a video editing intern at Womenite, you will play a key role in shaping our digital storytelling and amplifying our impact through compelling video content. You will work closely with our communications and program teams to create, edit, and deliver videos that highlight our campaigns, workshops, and community stories.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, campaigns, and educational content.
2. Collaborate with the communications team to conceptualize and storyboard video projects aligned with Womenite’s mission.
3. Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound effects to enhance video quality and accessibility.
4. Ensure all videos adhere to Womenite’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
5. Assist in shooting videos during events, workshops, and field visits as needed.
6. Organize and manage video files, maintaining an efficient workflow for ongoing projects.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and recommend creative ideas for content improvement.
8. Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality videos for various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
