About the Internship
I'm looking to expand my tight-knit creative team to take this vision forward and am currently hunting for someone passionate about video editing, storytelling, and social media content creation (especially Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts). If you love editing, learning, experimenting, and want to grow with a personal brand that's just getting started, this is your place.As a Video Editing Intern at Engineered Intensity™ and my personal brand, you’ll be part of a fast-growing fitness brand that’s redefining how people think about training, discipline, and results. Your work won’t just be “cutting clips” — you’ll help craft stories that inspire, educate, and challenge mainstream fitness ideas.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts) using raw footage provided — creating tight, engaging, story-driven content.
- Add captions, motion text, and transitions that match the tone of the brand (clean, cinematic, and minimal).
- Sync music, pacing, and emotion to make every clip feel powerful and intentional.
- Understand the brand voice — logical, motivational, and authentic — and apply it to every edit.
- Collaborate on creative direction — help brainstorm ideas, visual styles, and storytelling approaches for new Reels.
- Maintain consistency with templates, color palette, and branding elements (logo, fonts, tone).
- Iterate quickly — learn from feedback, improve with every draft, and grow into a long-term team member.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real-world experience building a personal brand from the ground up. If you love video editing, storytelling, and want to be part of something that actually means something, you’ll fit right in.
