About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Edit 1–2 long‑form YouTube videos per week (approx. 8–15 minutes each) from raw footage, including cutting, pacing, b‑roll, transitions, captions, music, basic color correction, and sound cleanup.
2. 2–4 YouTube shorts per week (15–60 seconds) from existing or new footage, optimized for strong hooks and audience retention.
3. 3–5 Instagram reels per week (15–45 seconds), vertical (9:16), with on‑brand text, emojis/stickers, and trending but relevant sounds (if platform‑appropriate).
4. one main video into multiple short clips suitable for different platforms while maintaining message and branding.
5. subtitles/captions for accessibility and higher watch time on silent autoplay.
6. all edits consistent with the brand style (colors, fonts, music type, transitions);
7. project files and footage, so they are easy to find and reuse.
8. drafts on time, respond to feedback, and be open to testing new styles and trends as the channel grows.
