About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Edit long-form YouTube videos (8–30 minutes) with strong pacing
2. Create short-form content (Reels, shorts, clips) from long videos
3. Add engaging cuts, zooms, transitions, captions, sound effects, and B-roll
4. Improve viewer retention through smart editing decisions
5. Sync visuals with music, voiceovers, and beats
6. Follow brand guidelines for colors, fonts, and style
7. Collaborate with the content & growth team to improve performance
8. Deliver projects on time with multiple revisions if needed
