About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Edit and produce 2-3 high-quality YouTube videos per week, depending on project requirements.
2. Edit both long-form videos and YouTube Shorts with a focus on storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
3. Add relevant B-rolls, stock footage, text animations, and transitions to enhance the viewer experience.
4. Collaborate with the creative lead to understand video objectives and target audience.
5. Ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging across all edits.
Implement captions, lower thirds, and visual cues to improve clarity and engagement.
6. Stay updated with YouTube trends, viral formats, and retention techniques.
