About the Internship
We are looking for a YouTube Shorts Video Editor who can deliver 8–10 short videos daily. Most of the content will be compilation-style edits, so speed, consistency, and attention to detail are essential.Responsibilities
- Edit 8–10 YouTube Shorts per day (15–60 seconds each).
- Work mainly on compilation-style content while ensuring smooth flow and engaging pacing.
- Add captions, text highlights, transitions, and sound effects where necessary.
- Source or edit clips to match trends and maintain high viewer retention.
- Ensure all videos follow platform best practices for YouTube Shorts.
- Deliver videos on time every single day while maintaining quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience editing compilation-style content (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels).
- Strong knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent).
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality.
- Understanding of YouTube Shorts trends and audience behavior.
- Reliable and consistent with daily submissions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with viral-style edits, memes, and trending sound integration.
- Motion graphics knowledge is a plus.
- Basic audio balancing and sound effect integration.
