About the Internship
As a full-time singer, songwriter, and producer, I am looking for a skilled and reliable video editor to support my daily content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This role involves fast turnarounds for video edits, with a focus on creating engaging, viral short-form content.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit at least 7 short-form videos per week in accordance to reference videos and brand style. Some will be focused on virality (8-10
2. seconds) and others will be longer (e.g., day-in-the-life videos, around 30sec- 1 minute).
3. Extract the most engaging clips from provided footage (via Google
4. Drive/Dropbox links) to create compelling short-form videos designed to go viral.
5. Post-production: Handle all aspects of video post-production, including color correction, sound design, and final mastering. Adding captions to videos/synching music to videos.
6. Deliver project files e.g. ‘.fcpbundle’ files (from whichever editing software used;
7. Premier Pro/ adobe/ Final Cut Pro/Cap cut) alongside the exported .mov file for each Video.
