About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Develop and edit short-form videos (15–90 seconds) that are informative, visually clean, and engaging, aligned with the brand’s minimalist and modern aesthetic.
2. Source and integrate high-quality stock footage, images, and short clips to illustrate concepts effectively.
3. Create and animate text overlays, graphics, and simple visual elements to support the narrative.
4. Edit videos to clear voiceovers, ensuring good pacing and timing.
5. Incorporate subtle transitions and effects to maintain viewer engagement.
6. Work with provided scripts or contribute ideas based on psychological studies, social trends, and human behavior topics.
7. Distill complex information into digestible, bite-sized video segments.
8. Optimize videos for specific platforms, considering aspect ratios, safe zones, and trending audio.
9. Organize and manage video project files and assets efficiently.
10. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices for YouTube shorts, Instagram reels, and TikTok.
11. Maintain consistent visual style and brand identity across all videos.
12. Ensure high-quality visuals, audio, and editing output.
13. Implement calls to action effectively, such as comment prompts or website links.
