About the Internship
Crossroads School of Music is looking for a creative, reliable media & content intern to help us capture the festive spirit of Christmas across our classrooms and events. This role involves planning and executing photoshoots, shooting high-quality videos, creating engaging social media reels, and documenting live performances and events.This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants real-world experience in music, events, content creation, and social media storytelling.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan and execute Christmas-themed photoshoots at Crossroads classrooms,
2. Shoot festive reels, behind-the-scenes clips, student performances, and event highlights
3. Cover live events and concerts, including soundchecks and performances
4. Ensure footage is captured in 4K HD quality wherever required (camera hire charges will be covered by the school)
5. Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form videos
6. Edit videos with festive themes, transitions, subtitles, and branding
7. Assist in conceptualising creative ideas for Christmas and New Year content
8. Coordinate camera hiring/rentals (DSLR/mirrorless/cinema cameras as needed)
9. Handle basic lighting and audio requirements for shoots
10. Organise and manage media files and backups
11. Edit photos and videos using professional tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, etc.)
12. Deliver polished content suitable for social media, website, and promotions
13. Maintain turnaround timelines, especially for event coverage
