About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Video assembly & editing: Trim, splice, and arrange raw footage into a cohesive story that aligns with our brand voice.
2. Platform optimization: Reformat and repurpose long-form content into vertical (9:16) snippets optimized for reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
3. Visual enhancement: Add engaging captions, transitions, motion graphics, and basic color grading to enhance video quality.
4. Audio post-production: Select appropriate background music, sync audio, and perform basic sound cleaning/leveling.
5. Trend research: Stay up-to-date with viral trends, trending audio, and new editing styles to keep our content fresh.
6. Thumbnail & asset creation: Design eye-catching thumbnails and static overlays to increase click-through rates (CTR).
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and execute the weekly social media calendar.
