About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Edit & make videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (cuts, pacing, captions, transitions, Adobe Premiere, basic effects)
2. Convert raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping videos aligned with brand tone
3. Add on-screen text, subtitles, hooks, and visual cues to improve watch time and retention
4. Collaborate on script ideas and storytelling to structure videos (hook → message → CTA)
5. Create simple, clean image posts for LinkedIn and Facebook to support video content
6. Write supporting captions that complement videos (education-focused, simple English)
7. Schedule and manage video-first content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
8. Monitor basic performance metrics (views, retention, engagement) and optimize edits accordingly
