About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our product team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing user interfaces for ERP/CRM applications, with a strong understanding of usability principles and modern front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and ensure smooth user journeys across ERP/CRM modules.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components using modern front-end frameworks (React/Next.js or Vue/Nuxt.js).
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine UX.
- Ensure design consistency through style guides, design systems, and component libraries.
- Optimize UI performance for large datasets, dashboards, and complex forms common in ERP/CRM platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0 to 1+ year experience in UI/UX development for web applications (ERP/CRM/SaaS preferred).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Understanding of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.

Good to Have (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TailwindCSS/Bootstrap.
- Experience with React.js/Next.js or Vue.js/Nuxt.js.
Exposure to ERP/CRM workflows like lead management, dashboards, reporting, forms.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and integrating with backend services.
- Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
- Knowledge of data visualization libraries (Chart.js, D3.js, Recharts).
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.

Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team with developers, testers, and business analysts.
- Attention to detail and passion for clean, usable design.
- Good communication skills for presenting designs and gathering feedback.
