About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Studying real brand websites to identify what works and what doesn’t in their UI/UX, layout, visuals, and communication.
2. Analyzing customer psychology behind user actions — what motivates engagement, trust, and purchases.
3. Researching and documenting retention practices like email journeys, loyalty programs, and post-purchase experiences.
4. Assisting the creative team in drafting and refining website communication (headlines, CTAs, product copy, and visuals).
5. Organizing insights and preparing presentations or reports that summarize findings and recommendations.
