About the Internship
Role Overview:As a UI/UX Designer at TechWire Studio, you will play a critical role in transforming ideas into intuitive and visually engaging user experiences. You will be responsible for creating seamless designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring functionality meets aesthetics. By collaborating with developers, project managers, and stakeholders, you'll bring innovation and usability to every project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create intuitive and user-centric designs for websites and mobile apps, adhering to brand guidelines and client requirements.
2. Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
4. Conduct usability testing and interpret data to refine user experiences.
5. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to implement cutting-edge solutions.
6. Ensure final designs meet both quality and technical standards through collaboration with developers during implementation.
7. Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components for consistency across projects.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
2. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
4. Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.
5. Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge the gap between design and development (optional but preferred).
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
