About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. User-Centric Design Execution
Understand user needs and behavior for features like booking, onboarding, search, etc.
Translate user stories into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
2. Mobile App UI Design
Design beautiful and consistent mobile screens using Figma
Follow modern design standards with a focus on clarity, usability, and emotional design
Maintain visual hierarchy, spacing, color consistency, and responsive layouts
3. UX Improvement & Feedback
Identify user pain points and suggest UX improvements across the app
Create simplified flows that reduce friction and increase conversions (e.g., 1-click booking, smooth signups)
4. Design Systems & Reusability
Create and manage design components (buttons, forms, cards, etc.)
Maintain a mini design system to ensure speed and consistency
5. Rapid Prototyping
Build low- and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
Support quick testing of ideas and flows before development
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the founder, developers, marketing team, and content creators
Support landing pages, UI for Instagram campaigns, and other visual needs
7. Iterative Design Process
Accept feedback constructively and iterate rapidly
Follow a startup-style design loop: build → test → refine → repeat

Interest in photography, events, or creative industries
Understanding of emotional design and brand storytelling
Experience in building UI/UX for consumer apps (mobile-first)
Familiarity with basic UX research or competitor analysis
