About the Internship
We are looking for a 'UI/UX Design Intern' who can help us redesign and enhance our website and create a mobile-responsive experience. You will work closely with the founding team and developers to transform ideas into intuitive, user-centric designs.This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on startup exposure, real product ownership, and strong portfolio-ready work.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Redesign existing website UI for better usability and visual appeal
2. Create mobile-responsive designs (mobile-first approach)
3. Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
4. Improve user experience for key journeys (job search, filters, job detail pages, onboarding, etc.)
5. Create reusable UI components and design systems
6. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
7. Conduct basic UX research and usability testing
8. Continuously iterate designs based on feedback and data
