About the Internship
Welcome to Aspirint AI, a next-generation Startup Studio built for India’s AI-first generation, where students don’t just learn design- they create for real users, real MVPs, real experiments, and real products. As part of the Batch 3 intake, you’re stepping into a workspace full of ongoing projects, active squads, and vibrant creative energy. UI/UX in this Startup Studio is a whole different game: you’re not spending months polishing pixel-perfect screens, but designing fast, functional, user-first experiences that go live quickly and evolve based on real user feedback. Inside the studio, you’ll turn ideas into wireframes and prototypes in days, design clean and responsive interfaces, collaborate with product, tech, and growth pods, test and improve designs with real users, leverage AI tools to speed up workflows, create landing pages, flows, dashboards, and mobile screens, ship designs that actually go live, and work closely with creative, video, and content pods. This studio thrives on creativity, speed, and clarity, placing UI/UX at the core of every MVP, making it the perfect place for those who enjoy designing clean experiences, solving user problems visually, and seeing their work come alive rapidly.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create wireframes, user flows & prototypes in Figma
2. Convert rough ideas into clean visual layouts
3. Work closely with product & tech teams during MVP cycles
4. Design landing pages, dashboards, mobile screens & interactions
5. Conduct basic user research & usability checks
6. Iterate quickly based on user feedback & product needs
7. Use AI tools for moodboards, inspiration & content mocks
8. Maintain design consistency across pages & components
9. Organise screens & design systems in Figma
10. Participate in weekly demos and design critiques
