About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
2. Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
3. Assist in creating user personas and user journey maps to guide design decisions.
4. Design low-fidelity wireframes to outline the structure and functionality of web/mobile apps.
5. Create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
6. Collaborate with the development team to refine UI elements based on feasibility.
7. Assist in designing visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
8. Create icons, buttons, and other UI components using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma.
9. Ensure consistency in design elements across different screens and platforms.
10. Participate in usability testing sessions and gather feedback.
11. Identify design issues and suggest improvements based on user behavior.
12. Iterate on designs to enhance usability and accessibility.
13. Work closely with front-end developers to ensure smooth design implementation.
14. Provide design assets, style guides, and necessary specifications for developers.
15. Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for UI/UX improvements.
16. Ensure compliance with UI/UX best practices, including accessibility standards (WCAG).
17. Optimize designs for different screen sizes and devices (responsive design).
18. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
19. Learn from senior designers and actively seek feedback to improve design skills.
20. Participate in design brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
Note:
1. This is a full-time job with 6 6-month probation/internship period.
2. You will have to sign a 1-year commitment bond with us.
