About the Internship
We're a SaaS startup building cutting-edge customer service automation technology. Our innovative training approach is poised to redefine how customer service is delivered worldwide. We’re on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX cum product designer who’s excited to help us shape the future of our product.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate ideas into intuitive and beautiful user interfaces.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
3. Contribute original design ideas and help bring new features and experiences to life.
4. Design user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
5. Develop visual assets including logos, brand identity, and other graphic elements.
6. Conduct UX research and identify usability issues to improve the overall product experience.
7. Stay aligned with current design standards, including fonts, color schemes, and imagery.
8. Participate in team discussions to brainstorm ideas and gather feedback.
9. Work with Photoshop and Illustrator to develop high-quality visual content.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
2. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
3. Experience in logo design, branding, web and app UI design.
4. Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
