About the Internship

At Shorts & Shots Travel, we design experiential journeys for schools, corporates, and inbound travellers across India and the world. Now, we’re looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can be the bridge between our travellers and our team.As a key member of our company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, create exciting travel itineraries, and assist in executing marketing strategies to promote our services.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in managing client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies
3. Utilize MS-Office and computer skills to create detailed travel itineraries
4. Communicate with clients and partners in English, both spoken and written
5. Support the team in maintaining and updating client databases and records
6. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences
7. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall client servicing experience
