About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Training & program coordination
1. Assist in end-to-end coordination of training sessions (virtual and in-person).
2. Manage participant communication, attendance, feedback, and session logistics.
3. Ensure trainers receive all required support and materials on time.
B. Vendor & logistics management
1. Coordinate with taxi vendors, hotel staff, banquet teams, and travel partners.
2. Arrange trainer travel, stay, transport, and related logistics.
3. Maintain relationships with hotels, vendors, and service providers.
C. Client & stakeholder coordination
1. Interact with HR Heads, L&D teams, and client representatives for scheduling.
2. Share program information, confirmations, and follow-up details with clients.
3. Ensure timely communication, professionalism, and responsiveness.
D. Operational support
1. Prepare reports, PPTs, attendance sheets, and basic documentation.
2. Maintain internal trackers and databases.
3. Support the operations team in day-to-day execution.
