About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Search and track relevant tenders from government and private portals (GeM, CPP, eProcurement, etc.).
2. Review tender documents, identify eligibility requirements, and summarize key points.
3. Prepare and organize prequalification, technical, and financial bid documents.
Collect and verify necessary company documents (GST, PAN, Registration, ISO, etc.).
4. Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, HR, Technical, Legal) for required information.
5. Assist in online tender submission and uploading documents on respective portals.
6. Maintain tender tracking sheets, bid status reports, and document archives.
7. Follow up for corrigenda, clarifications, and tender results.
8. Draft undertaking letters, affidavits, and declarations as per tender requirements.
9. Contribute to process improvements while maintaining confidentiality of tender data.
