About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Comfortable making ~100 calls daily with clear and confident phone communication; able to maintain professionalism despite rejection.
2. Strong English skills, both spoken and written, to explain real estate propositions clearly over calls, chats, and emails.
3. Self‑motivated and energetic, able to work independently from home, meet daily targets, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
4. Comfort with performance-based incentives or commissions, demonstrating resilience and an outcome-driven mindset.
5. Organized and detail-oriented, maintaining accurate call logs, CRM entries, and lead follow-up records.
6. Basic digital literacy, including familiarity with CRM/spreadsheet tools, and ability to work remotely (own laptop + Wi-Fi required).
7. Adaptable and coachable, open to training, feedback, and rapid script adjustments during campaigns.
8. Experience in telecalling or sales internships is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn cold-calling techniques is essential.
