About the Internship

2. Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
3. Maintain accurate records of all communication in MS-Excel for future reference.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
5. Use effective communication skills to build rapport with clients and promote brand loyalty.
6. Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and lead generation.
7. Continuously improve your telecalling skills through training and feedback sessions.
