About the Internship
Tirth.com is India’s leading platform offering curated spiritual services, including online/offline pujas, destination tours to major religious sites like Ayodhya, Kashi, Ujjain, and personalized spiritual experiences rooted in Sanatan Dharma. We aim to bridge the gap between devotees and dharmic experiences across Bharat.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle inbound and outbound telecalling in response to our social media advertisements and leads generated via platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
2. Explain Tirth.com's bouquet of offerings: Online/Offline puja services, religious destination tours, customized spiritual packages, and more.
3. Follow up with interested leads to convert inquiries into successful bookings.
4. Maintain a calm, respectful, and empathetic tone during conversations, especially when discussing spiritual or religious topics.
5. Keep accurate and timely records of calls, customer interactions, and bookings in CRM systems.
6. Provide information, solve queries, and guide users with a genuine sense of seva bhav (a spirit of service).
