About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Do 100-200 calls per day
2. Contact potential or existing students from the given database to inform them about our product (study abroad)
3. Answer questions about the company
4. Ask questions to understand student requirements and fix appointments for the counselors
5. Enter and update student information in the database
6. Keep records of calls and note useful information
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a telesales representative
2. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
3. Ability to learn about products and services offered by the company
4. Excellent knowledge of English
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
